Follow up

Follow up your consistency constantly:) Follow up means you evaluate your plan of action and determine if you have been successful or if you need to modify it. Evaluating my weight loss plan, I realized that it works but if I need better results, I need to put in more efforts. I am on the right path, just need to accelerate and intensify. Also, I obtained the evidence that many of my physical distress is related to my stress and tension. My body tenses up when I am emotionally stressed and I get physical symptoms like muscle pain, indigestion, fatigue etc. So now that I have had a few weeks to establish conscious eating habit, I can upgrade my bodily awareness to monitor my stress level and decrease my physical symptoms of emotional tension. Just this for now. Remember to start small. Small steps allows to implement the change and be consistent. Now to break it down further, I should relax my shoulder, walk lightly, and think lightly. Now I have to get back to my studies. I can't

Consistency

Consistency needs commitment and effort. It doesn't come naturally (at least not to everyone) and you need consistent efforts to establish consistency. It is like the chicken and egg dilemma. You need consistency to become consistent. And yes you need consistency in your life. Without consistency, your life can be a pile of jumbo mambo, a compilation of fruitless efforts and failed attempts. To change your life, improve your status quo, to get results, you don't need a drastic measure, you need consistency. If you take a very small step but do it regularly, you will get results. For example, if you want to lose weight, you don't  need a drastic diet or extreme exercise plan. You can choose a simple diet and exercise plan but stick to it no matter what. For example, I want to lose weight via portion control and conscious eating. I want to stay active (exercise) to increase my stamina and energy level. I don't need to go on a fad diet or join a cardio workout or anything.
