Follow up

Follow up your consistency constantly:)
Follow up means you evaluate your plan of action and determine if you have been successful or if you need to modify it. Evaluating my weight loss plan, I realized that it works but if I need better results, I need to put in more efforts. I am on the right path, just need to accelerate and intensify. Also, I obtained the evidence that many of my physical distress is related to my stress and tension. My body tenses up when I am emotionally stressed and I get physical symptoms like muscle pain, indigestion, fatigue etc. So now that I have had a few weeks to establish conscious eating habit, I can upgrade my bodily awareness to monitor my stress level and decrease my physical symptoms of emotional tension. Just this for now. Remember to start small. Small steps allows to implement the change and be consistent. Now to break it down further, I should relax my shoulder, walk lightly, and think lightly. Now I have to get back to my studies. I can't imagine my life when nursing school is over and I don't have tons of homework and learning and reading to do. AHHHHH!!
